About the Role:
As a Probation Officer with us, you will be responsible for managing cases, delivering resettlement programmes, and supporting rehabilitation efforts. Candidate Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a caseload of offenders ensuring compliance and progress.
• Deliver effective resettlement and rehabilitation programs.
• Conduct assessments and prepare reports in line with organizational and legal standards.
• Work collaboratively with partner agencies to support offender reintegration.
• Maintain detailed case records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
• Provide high-quality support and guidance to clients, demonstrating professionalism and empathy.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Probation Officer (or equivalent qualification)
• Previous experience in offender management and resettlement work
• Competent in case management and delivering quality outcomes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary / Pay Rate:
Competitive pay rate available for the duration of the 2-week contract.
