Practice Nurse Contract Details:

• Location: East Sussex
• Contract Length: 2 weeks
• Hours: 30 hours over 3 days per week
• Specialism: Chronic disease management and wound care

Practice Nurse Responsibilities:

As a Practice Nurse, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and respiratory conditions
• Wound assessment and appropriate dressings
• Administering vaccines and immunizations
• Conducting health screenings and health promotion activities
• Supporting patient education and self-management
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Candidate Requirements:

• NMC registered Practice Nurse
• Proven experience in chronic disease management and wound care
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Availability to commit for the full 2-week contract
