Practice Nurse - Role Overview
As a Practice Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering a range of primary care nursing services at Old Hall Surgery in Ellesmere Port. This role necessitates a dedicated healthcare professional with strong clinical skills and an NMC registration. The Contract is initially for 2 weeks, with the possibility to extend up to 6 weeks or longer depending on service needs. The Practice Nurse position is within Band 608.00-18.00, working Monday to Friday, with immediate start availability.

Practice Nurse - Responsibilities
As a Practice Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting health assessments and patient screenings
• Administering vaccinations and immunisations
• Managing chronic disease care plans
• Supporting health promotion and education initiatives
• Assisting with minor illness treatments
• Ensuring all clinical documentation is accurately maintained in line with NHS guidelines

Practice Nurse - Requirements

• Registered Nurse with the NMC
• Experience working within a GP practice or similar environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary / Pay Rate
This Practice Nurse contract offers a competitive pay rate, aligned with NHS band 608.00-18.00.
