Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm (Part-time applicants will also be considered)
Rate: From £32 per hour
Payment: Via Umbrella, Deemed Payment, or PAYE only
We are currently recruiting an experienced Practice Nurse to join a friendly and supportive GP Surgery in Ellesmere Port on a locum basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Practice Nurse looking for an immediate start, with the potential for ongoing work following the initial 6-week contract.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver routine general practice nursing care to patients attending the surgery.
- Manage chronic disease clinics.
- Provide contraception and sexual health advice.
- Carry out cervical screening (smears).
- Assess and treat minor illness and minor injuries.
- Deliver travel health advice and vaccinations.
- Administer childhood immunisations.
- Promote health and wellbeing through patient education.
- Undertake routine treatment room duties.
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
- Previous experience working within a GP Practice.
- Competent in chronic disease management, cervical cytology, immunisations, and treatment room duties.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Available to start ASAP.
