Private Client Lawyer

Service Care Solutions is delighted to be working with a highly respected law firm, based in Somerset, which is looking to appoint a talented Private Client Lawyer to join its growing team. The position can be undertaken on a fully remote basis, making it ideal for candidates looking to achieve a better work-life balance without compromising on career progression.
 
Role: Private Client Lawyer
Location: Fully Remote - Somerset-Based Law Firm
Salary: £40,000 – £70,000 D.O.E.
 
The Opportunity
You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters and provide expert advice to a loyal and established client base. The role will include:

• Wills and estate planning.
• Probate and estate administration.
• Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Trusts. 
• Inheritance Tax planning.
• Court of Protection matters (experience advantageous but not essential).

About You
Our client is keen to speak with candidates who:

• Are qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives.
• Have between 3 and 6 years' PQE within Private Client law.
• Can manage their own caseload confidently and independently.
