Private Client Lawyer

Service Care Solutions is proud to be working in partnership with a long-established and highly respected Somerset law firm, that is looking to expand its thriving Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a growing, forward-thinking firm that combines the stability of a well-established practice with the ambition and progression opportunities of a modern business.
 
Role: Private Client Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive (NQ – 2 Years PQE)
Location: Bridgwater, Somerset
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 + KPI-Linked Bonus
 
Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of Private Client matters from instruction through to completion.
• Advising clients on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and Estate Administration.
• Handling both taxable and non-taxable estates.
• Supporting business development through networking and marketing activities.

About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (NQ – 2 years PQE).
• Experience handling a range of Private Client matters including Wills, LPAs and Estate Administration.
• The confidence to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
