Private Client Lawyer

Service Care Solutions is proud to be working with a Top 200 law firm, with offices across Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire, which is looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their established Private Client team.
 
Role: Private Client Lawyer
Location: Nottinghamshire - hybrid working
Salary: £45,000 to £65,000
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a broad range of private client law from start through to completion.
• Be heavily involved in the development of the department through mentoring junior colleagues and helping to grow an already successful Private Client practice.
• Contribute to business development for the team.

Candidate Requirements:
We are keen to speak with qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives who have:

• Significant experience handling a broad range of private client matters.
• Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate, Trusts, Estate Administration, Tax Planning, Powers of Attorney and Mental Capacity matters.
• The ability to supervise and mentor junior members of the team.
