Private Client Solicitor (Permanent) – Remote | PC Solicitor / CILEx (3–6 Years PQE)

Private Client Solicitor – we’re seeking a solicitor/CILEx with 3–6 years PQE who can manage cases efficiently, communicate clearly with clients, and deliver excellent legal outcomes.

Candidate Responsibilities

As a Private Client Solicitor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Running a caseload of private client work (wills, trusts, probate, estate administration)
• Advising clients on complex matters with confidence and professionalism
• Drafting legal documents and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely progression
• Managing client relationships, updates, and file supervision to agreed service levels
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth case handling remotely
• Using your expertise to identify risks and recommend appropriate next steps
