About the Role: Private Client Solicitor

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, trusts, and related legal services. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong legal expertise in Private Client law and excellent client service skills.

Candidate Responsibilities

• Handling a wide range of private client matters such as wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements
• Providing clear legal advice to clients regarding their private affairs
• Managing client relationships efficiently and professionally
• Ensuring compliance with legal standards and procedures
• Collaborating with colleagues to support business development initiatives
• Keeping up-to-date with changes in private client legislation and best practices

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Private Client Solicitor with relevant legal qualifications
• Proven experience in Private Client law, including wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning
• Strong legal drafting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• UK legal practice experience is essential
