Candidate Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of private client work, including wills, probate, estate planning, and succession.
• Provide expert legal advice to high-net-worth clients.
• Attend to walk-in clients, offering prompt and professional assistance.
• Collaborate with a busy team to ensure client satisfaction and compliance.
• Hand over trust work to Birmingham team (trusts are not managed directly in this role).
• Support the firm's growth by building strong client relationships and contributing to business development activities.

Candidate Requirements

• 3-6 years PQE as a Private Client Solicitor.
• Strong legal knowledge within the private client sector.
• Commercially minded with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of managing a busy workload.
• Experience with high-net-worth clients is preferable.
