Private Client Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a popular and highly respected law firm in York for a Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with between 2-5 years PQE to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm that offers high-quality work, genuine progression opportunities, and an excellent work-life balance.

Location:  York | Hybrid Working
Salary: £41,000 - £60,000 per annum DOE
PQE: 2-5 years PQE

Responsibilities as a Private Client Solicitor:

• Manage a varied caseload of private client matters from instruction through to completion.
• Advise clients on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate, Estate Administration, and Trust matters.
• Provide tailored estate planning advice to a diverse client base.
• Draft and review legal documentation relating to private client matters.
• Handle both taxable and non-taxable estates.

About You as a Private Client Solicitor:

• Qualified Solicitor with between 2-5 years PQE in Private Client Law.
• Experience handling a broad caseload of Wills, Probate, LPAs, Estate Administration, and Trust matters.
• Strong technical knowledge of Private Client law and procedures.
• Excellent communication, client management, and organisational skills.
