Private Client Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive

Service Care are supporting recruitment for a Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive looking to join a well-established, growing law firm where your career development is genuinely supported?
We're recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded Somerset based practice with an excellent reputation for client care and employee progression. Due to continued growth, they're looking to welcome a Private Client fee earner to their Bridgwater office.

The RoleYou'll manage a varied and rewarding Private Client caseload, including:

• Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Estate administration (taxable and non-taxable)
• Probate matters
• Client advisory work across a broad range of private client matters

Experience with Trusts and Court of Protection matters would be advantageous but is not essential.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ–2 years' PQE) or Chartered Legal Executive
• Strong technical knowledge within Private Client
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Able to manage your own caseload with confidence
• Comfortable networking and building client relationships
• STEP or Solicitors for the Elderly accreditation is desirable but not essential
