- Managing and supporting offenders within the prison setting at HMP Woodhill
- Assessing offenders' risks and needs, developing tailored rehabilitation plans
- Monitoring compliance with probation conditions and court orders
- Collaborating with prison staff, social services, and other agencies
- Documenting case progress and preparing reports as required
- Covering other HMP facilities within the South Central Region if needed
- The job holder is expected to accept reasonable alterations and additional tasks of a similar level that may be necessary
- Qualified Probation Officer (PO) with relevant certification
- Proven experience in offender management or probation work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the prison environment
