About the Role: Probation Officer - St Albans - OP1 2620B

As a Probation Officer, you will be responsible for managing cases, assessing risk, and supporting offenders to reintegrate into society. Candidate Responsibilities:

• Conduct offender assessments and develop tailored rehabilitation plans
• Monitor and supervise probation clients to ensure compliance with court orders

• Record and maintain case notes accurately and securely
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other agencies
• Ensure all cases are managed in accordance with policies and legal frameworks

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Probation Officer
• Strong understanding of community justice and offender management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle a busy caseload
• Valid professional accreditation for Probation Officer role
