Are you an experienced procurement professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? We're looking for a Procurement Business Partner to join our team and help deliver fair, compliant, and value-driven procurement across our organisation.
Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll provide expert procurement support, lead tender exercises, and help improve procurement processes that ultimately contribute to creating great places our customers are proud to call home.
What you'll be doing
As Procurement Business Partner, you'll:
You'll have previous procurement experience, ideally within the public sector, and be confident managing or supporting procurement exercises. You'll understand UK public procurement regulations and enjoy working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.

- Lead and support end-to-end procurement activities, including tendering exercises.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand procurement needs and provide expert guidance throughout the procurement process.
- Ensure compliance with UK public procurement legislation and organisational policies.
- Develop and improve procurement procedures, templates, and guidance materials.
- Support colleagues through training and advice to promote best practice.
- Build strong supplier and stakeholder relationships, supporting contract management, supplier performance reviews, and commercial negotiations.
- Maintain accurate contract records and procurement data, monitoring spend, savings, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
