Looking for an opportunity to kick-start your career in the housing and property sector? We are recruiting for a Property Assistant to join a Housing Association's Private Rented Sector (PRS) team in Bristol. This is an excellent temporary opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience within the housing industry, with full-time work out on patch conducting property viewings and supporting the day-to-day management of properties.
THE ROLE
As a Property Assistant, you will spend the majority of your time out on patch across Bristol, hosting property viewings and providing excellent customer service to prospective tenants. You will support the wider PRS team in ensuring properties are let efficiently and professionally.

• Conduct property viewings for prospective tenants across Bristol.
• Meet and greet applicants, providing a positive and professional customer experience.
• Travel throughout the patch to attend scheduled appointments and property visits.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident working independently whilst managing appointments on patch.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Professional, reliable and customer-focused approach.

THE CONTRACT
Working Hours: Full Time, Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Length of Contract: 3 Month Contract
Rate: The pay for the role is £23.08 per hour LTD company rate. The PAYE equivalent is £19.68 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay.
