Description
Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Psychologist to join a specialist independent school in Surrey supporting children and young people with autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, sensory needs and complex behavioural presentations.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team, you’ll provide psychological input across the school environment, helping create therapeutic, supportive and clinically informed approaches to education and care. This is an opportunity to make a genuine difference while working closely with education and residential teams.

Responsibilities
- Provide psychological assessment, formulation and evidence-based interventions.
- Support children and young people with complex developmental and emotional needs.
- Provide consultation, guidance and training to education and residential staff.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team.
- Develop therapeutic approaches across the wider school environment.
- Contribute to positive outcomes and improved experiences for young people.
- HCPC-registered Clinical, Educational, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist.
- Experience working with children and young people with complex needs.
- Strong skills in assessment, formulation and therapeutic intervention.
- Experience supporting teams around children and young people.
- Confident delivering consultation, training and professional guidance.
- Highly organised, proactive and committed to achieving positive outcomes.
- £60,322 – £69,797, including paid school holidays.
