Public Paralegal

A central government department is seeking a Paralegal to provide high-quality legal and administrative support across a complex caseload. You will work closely with solicitors to progress cases efficiently, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and legal procedures.
 
ROLE:                  Paralegal
RATE:                   £23.91ph umbrella / £21.41ph PAYE inc. holiday pay / £19.10ph PAYE exc. holiday pay
LOCATION:          London (Office-Based Only)
CONTRACT:        12-Month Fixed Term

Please note that this role will be full office-based.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Support solicitors with end-to-end case preparation and management
• Organise and maintain large volumes of case documentation
• Prioritise workloads to meet strict deadlines
• Assist with preparation of bundles and hearing materials
• Attend court and tribunal hearings as required
• Participate in case conferences and liaise with stakeholders

 
Requirements
 

• Previous experience in a legal support or paralegal role within the public sector
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven workloads
• Good legal research and communication skills
