Quantity Surveyor (Contract) – 2 Weeks

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a fast-moving project team on a short-term contract basis for 2 weeks. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who can hit the ground running, support delivery, and add value through strong cost management and reporting.

Candidate Responsibilities

  • Support the commercial management process as a Quantity Surveyor, including cost estimation, valuations, and final account preparation
  • Review project documentation, drawings, and specifications to identify risks, variations, and cost implications
  • Prepare and update cost reports, CVRs, and forecasting to ensure accurate financial control
  • Assist with measurement, pricing, and reconciliation of works in progress
  • Manage and process variations, ensuring supporting evidence is clear and auditable
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including project teams and subcontractors, to maintain clarity on scope and cost
  • Ensure compliance with procurement and contract requirements throughout the assignment
