The ideal candidate will have a background in care or similar roles, demonstrating excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Candidate Responsibilities as a Rebalement Assistant

• Assist with the planning and execution of staff rebalement activities
• Coordinate communication between team members and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to rebalement processes
• Monitor progress and report on rebalement tasks’ completion
• Support the team in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team

Candidate Requirements for the Rebalement Assistant role

• Experience as a Care Assistant or similar role (ID 1000749)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to work across different sites if required
• A proactive and team-oriented approach

Salary / Pay Rate

Competitive hourly pay rate, to be discussed during the interview process. The role is on a contract basis lasting 3 months, with potential for extension based on performance.
