• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic support
• Encourage participation in recovery programs and activities
• Promote a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for clients

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience as a Recovery Worker or in a similar mental health/support role
• Ability to communicate effectively and build trust with clients
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Compassionate approach and resilience in challenging situations
• Knowledge of local resources and recovery pathways is advantageous
