Are you an experienced Children's Residential Manager looking for your next challenge?

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a residential children's home in Lancaster, providing outstanding care and support to young people with complex needs.

As Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, compliance, and staff development. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the residential home in line with Ofsted regulations and quality standards.
• Ensure children receive high-quality, person-centred care.
• Develop and maintain a positive, nurturing environment for young people.
• Recruit, lead, motivate and develop a high-performing staff team.
• Manage budgets, occupancy and service performance.
• Maintain effective relationships with local authorities, families and external professionals.
• Drive continuous improvement and achieve positive inspection outcomes.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete if applicable).
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
