Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the residential home in line with Ofsted regulations and quality standards.
- Ensure children receive high-quality, person-centred care.
- Develop and maintain a positive, nurturing environment for young people.
- Recruit, lead, motivate and develop a high-performing staff team.
- Manage budgets, occupancy and service performance.
- Maintain effective relationships with local authorities, families and external professionals.
- Drive continuous improvement and achieve positive inspection outcomes.
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete if applicable).
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000.
