Registered Nurse Manager

Registered Nurse Manager Location: Denbigh
Salary: £49,140 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: Fixed-term (6–7 months)
Start Date: February 2026

Role Overview We support individuals with enduring mental health needs alongside physical health requirements. As Registered Nurse Manager, you will oversee the daily management of the home, ensuring clinical excellence, compliance, and high-quality care in line with RISCA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise staff teams
• Conduct supervisions, appraisals, and team meetings
• Provide clinical leadership and maintain high standards of care
• Participate in the on-call rota
• Oversee risk assessments and person-centred care plans
• Monitor medication and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Ensure operational policies and procedures are followed
• Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory compliance

Candidate Requirements

• Current Nursing PIN – RMN, RNMH, RNLD preferred (RGN with relevant MH experience considered)
• Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent) – Essential
• Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while prioritising service needs
• Good awareness of safeguarding and vulnerable adult procedures
• Flexibility to cover shifts where required
