Service Care Legal are working with a well-established law firm in East Sussex is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy and growing property team.
 
Role:                     Residential Conveyancer
Salary:                  Market rate
Location:              East Sussex
 
The Role
 

• Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
• Handle freehold, leasehold, remortgage and buy-to-let matters
• Build strong relationships with clients and property professionals

 
About You
 

• Experienced conveyancer able to manage files independently
• Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX preferred, but experience is key
• Client-focused with strong communication skills
