Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

Service Care solutions are working a excellent opportunity, that has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join a busy and well-established legal team based in Galashiels. This role offers the chance to work within a supportive environment, managing a varied caseload and playing a key part in delivering a high-quality service to clients. The successful candidate will support the residential conveyancing team by managing transactions and associated administrative processes, ensuring files progress efficiently while maintaining exceptional client care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with and managing residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
• Preparing and submitting offers
• Drafting conveyancing documentation
• Ordering and reviewing property searches
• Dealing with title deeds and preparing reports
• Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors and other third parties. Progressing matters in line with agreed timescales and service standards

About You:

• Relevant paralegal qualification or equivalent conveyancing experience
• Previous experience within Scottish residential conveyancing
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
