About the Role: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

The successful Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. This role requires a proactive individual capable of working independently and collaboratively to rebuild and strengthen the team. The position is initially for a 2-week contract, with potential for longer-term opportunities.

Candidate Responsibilities

As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a full caseload of residential property transactions
• Providing expert legal advice to clients efficiently and professionally
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legal standards and processes
• Assisting in team development and contributing to a positive work environment
• Working approximately 4 days per week in Shrewsbury, with flexibility for remote work as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful as a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you should possess:

• Proven experience in residential property law
• A strong legal background with a stable CV and career history
• Ability to rebuild team dynamics and work towards common goals
• Senior associate level experience preferred
• Qualified solicitor with current practising certificate
