Residential Property Solicitor

Service Care Solutions is working with a well-established and highly respected law firm, based in Buckinghamshire, which is seeking an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor to join its growing property team. This role can be done across its Milton Keynes and Buckingham offices.
 
Role: Residential Property Solicitor
Location: Buckinghamshire
Salary: £55,000 to £65,000
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage their own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Support the wider team on larger and more complex transactions.
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the department through business development.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with 2 or more years of PQE in Residential Property law.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• A proactive and commercially aware approach with strong business development experience.
