The Role
As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting young people in a safe, nurturing, and structured environment. You will be responsible for:

• Building positive relationships and acting as a strong role model
• Supporting young people with their day-to-day routines and development
• Completing daily records, reports, and key documentation
• Assisting with care plans, risk assessments, and document checks
• Attending regular supervision sessions, team meetings, and training
• Supporting senior staff and contributing to the smooth running of the home
• Promoting a safe, stable, and supportive environment at all times

Training & Development
You will receive a full induction, ongoing training (both online and face-to-face), and continuous support to help you succeed in the role. You’ll also gain valuable experience working alongside experienced professionals in a structured and supportive setting.
