About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our client's team supporting young people in a residential care setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people by providing safe, nurturing, and structured care.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete full induction and learn internal systems
- Attend fortnightly supervision sessions and staff meetings
- Complete all phases of online and face-to-face training
- Maintain accurate daily records, reporting, and documentation
- Complete home and young person (YP) paperwork
- Learn and contribute to Risk Assessments (RA), care plans, and document checks
- Undertake QCF Level 4 qualification
- Support senior staff and shift leaders
- Act as a positive role model for new staff and young people
