Are you an experienced Resource Worker - Grade E seeking a rewarding contract opportunity? We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Resource Worker - Grade E to join our SCP Team on a temporary basis. Position Overview:

As a Resource Worker - Grade E, you will undertake a variety of support activities on behalf of the SCP Team. Your primary responsibility will be delivering direct support to children and young people, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. This role is ideal for individuals with prior experience in similar positions who can quickly adapt and contribute positively.

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Providing direct support to children and young people, ensuring their safety and well-being
• Undertaking various support activities as directed by the SCP Team
• Assisting in planning and implementing support strategies
• Collaborating with other team members to deliver high-quality care
• Recording and maintaining accurate case notes and support activity logs
• Promoting a positive and safe environment for children and young people

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar resource support role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Flexible and adaptable approach to varied support activities
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of children and young people
