We are currently recruiting for a Resourcing & People Assistant to join a busy and supportive People team on an initial 3-month temporary contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking to gain or further develop experience within HR and recruitment. You will play a key role in supporting recruitment processes, employee lifecycle administration, and maintaining accurate HR records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across the Resourcing & People team.
- Manage shared HR and recruitment inboxes, responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Support recruitment activities, including preparing and posting job adverts and assisting with recruitment administration.
- Assist with new starter, employee changes, and leaver processes, preparing relevant documentation and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate employee records using the HR system (iTrent).
- Produce and distribute reports to support people data analysis and reporting requirements.
- Process invoices and support payment administration activities.
- Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with data protection, confidentiality, and information security requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Previous administrative experience within an office environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Experience within an HR or People function would be highly advantageous.
- Experience using HR systems, particularly iTrent, is desirable.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards it would be beneficial.
