Safer Neighbourhood Officer – Contract Role (2 Weeks)

Are you passionate about community safety and neighbourhood wellbeing? We are currently seeking a dedicated Safer Neighbourhood Officer to join our team for an exciting contract opportunity lasting 2 weeks. Candidate Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive community engagement to improve neighbourhood safety
  • Liaise with local authorities, residents, and stakeholders to identify concerns and develop solutions
  • Assist in implementing safety initiatives tailored to community needs
  • Provide detailed reports on activities and community feedback
  • Collaborate with police, housing agencies, and other partners to foster safer environments
  • Support initiatives aimed at reducing antisocial behaviour and crime
  • Maintain accurate records of site inspections and community interactions

Required Skills:

  • Experience in housing or community safety (ID=1000282) or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of local community issues and concerns
  • Resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments
