As a Sales Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our operation, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for both clients and candidates.
Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll manage communications, support compliance and payroll processes, maintain accurate records, and contribute to achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and deal with enquiries professionally.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our services.
- Manage shared Outlook mailboxes and respond to enquiries in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates.
- Support compliance processes and ensure records remain accurate and up to date.
- Assist with payroll administration and related tasks when required.
- Maintain information on CRM and payroll systems.
- Support managers and colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Work towards team KPIs and performance targets.
- Provide wider administrative support across the business as required.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within an administrative, sales support, customer service or office-based role.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience of outbound calling and customer engagement.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service focus and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Experience supporting payroll or compliance processes.
- Recruitment, financial services or professional services experience.
