Service Care Construction is currently recruiting for a Scheme Cleaner - Alton on a 3-month contract basis, with the possibility of becoming permanent after the initial period. Position: Scheme Cleaner - Alton
Employment Type: Contract (initially 3 months)
Location: Alton, Hampshire (covering Horndean and surrounding towns)
Hours: 25 hours per week
Pay Rate:

• PAYE (Inc Holiday): £13.45 per hour
• Ltd via Umbrella: £17.26 per hour (weekly pay)

Candidate Responsibilities: Scheme Cleaner - Alton
As a Scheme Cleaner - Alton, your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning communal areas within blocks of flats, including sweeping, vacuuming, washing floors, walls, ceilings, doors, and fixtures
• Removing small dumped items and bin bags to designated collection areas
• Reporting large items for bulk removal
• Litter picking and carpet cleaning in residential communal spaces
• Driving between locations in Alton, Horndean, and Liss, so a Full UK Driving License is essential
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cleaner or similar role (Cleaner)
• Full UK Driving License is mandatory
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
