We are currently working with welcoming and supportive schools seeking an experienced and organised School Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous school-based administration experience who can confidently manage a busy workload and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the school environment.
About the role
• Providing general administrative support across the school office
• Managing incoming calls, emails, and visitor enquiries professionally
• Maintaining and updating pupil records and school databases
• Using SIMS and Bromcom systems confidently for daily administration tasks
• Supporting attendance, admissions, and data management processes
• Assisting with school communications and office coordination
• Working closely with staff, parents, and external agencies

j• Previous experience working within a school administration role is essential

• Competent using Microsoft Office and school management systems
• Professional, reliable, and adaptable approach
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
