You will handle sensitive information, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, including DBS checks, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and correspondence
  • Manage and resolve complaints, escalating issues as necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Comply with DBS requirements for safeguarding during the recruitment process
  • Follow organisational policies and procedures to ensure quality standards are met
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service team

Candidate Responsibilities

  • Ensure all complaints are documented accurately and followed up in a timely manner
  • Comply with all safeguarding and DBS requirements, including enhanced checks for both children’s and adults’ barred lists
