About the Send Key Worker (G7) Role
As a Send Key Worker (G7), you will play a critical role in managing a caseload within the review team, working closely with parents, school professionals, and other stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include amending Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), progressing annual reviews, and ensuring that each child's educational needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload within the review team efficiently
• Liaising with parents and professionals to coordinate support and review processes
• Amending and updating EHCPs in accordance with regulatory guidelines
• Progressing annual reviews to ensure timely review and renewal of support plans
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all cases
• Supporting children and young people to access the right educational provisions

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience working within SEND or education support roles
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Knowledge of EHCP processes and legal requirements
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Relevant qualifications in education, social work, or related fields (desirable)
