Candidate Requirements for the Send Key Worker role

The ideal candidate will possess:
• Post 16 experience or relevant background in education or care services
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and DBS checks (please specify which DBS is required – enhanced DBS including barred list checks for both children’s and adults’ work)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
