Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a popular local authority based in Manchester. They are looking for a Senior Adult Social Care Solicitor to join their expanding legal team. This role pays a competitive rate of:

PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £53.28 - £57.68 per hour  
Umbrella - £60 -£65 per hour

Responsibilities as a Senior Adult Social Care Solicitor:

• Providing comprehensive legal guidance on adult social care issues
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents relevant to social care cases
• Advising clients on legal rights and obligations
• Supporting clients through complex care legal procedures
• Keeping up-to-date with legislative changes affecting adult social care
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure legal compliance and best practices

About you as a Senior Adult Social Care Solicitor

• Qualified solicitor with experience in adult social care law
• Strong understanding of the legal landscape relating to social care settings
• Excellent communication and advisory skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working on contract assignments preferred
