This is a Permanent position (contract length: 2 weeks to onboard and complete necessary checks), based within a flexible, nationwide network supported by our recruitment partners.

Candidate Responsibilities

As a Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a caseload of commercial litigation matters including pre-action strategy, pleadings and hearings
• Advising clients on claims, risk, litigation strategy and settlement options
• Drafting key legal documents such as particulars of claim/defence, witness statements and correspondence
• Supporting hearings and negotiations, with confidence in case presentation
• Developing strong client relationships and coordinating with stakeholders to meet deadlines
• Mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to team workflow and quality standards

Required Experience & Skills

To be considered for Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor roles, you should have:

• Qualified solicitor status with a track record in Commercial Litigation
• Demonstrable experience running matters independently
• Strong drafting, advocacy and legal analysis skills
• A pragmatic, client-focused approach to disputes and resolution
