Senior Corproate Solicior

Service Care Legal are working with an established Legal 500 firm is looking to recruit a Senior Corporate Solicitor to join its growing Corporate team in Surrey.

ROLE:                  Senior Corporate Solicitor
PQE:                     6 years’+
LOCATION:         Surrey / Hybrid
SALARY:              £85,000+

You'll advise a diverse client base on a broad range of corporate matters, including:
 

• M&A, venture capital investments, corporate restructures and general company law.
• The role offers the opportunity to lead transactions, build strong client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the department.

About You
 

• Qualified Solicitor with 6+ years' PQE
• Strong corporate experience gained within private practice
• Confident leading transactions from instruction to completion
• Experience supervising junior lawyers is desirable
• Commercial approach with an interest in business development
