We are seeking a highly skilled Senior EHC Coordinator to join a reputable SEND & Inclusion Service in South East England. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take on a pivotal role supporting children and young people aged 0-25 by delivering high-quality Education, Healthcare, and Care Plans (EHCPs).
Candidate Responsibilities of the Senior EHC Coordinator:
As a Senior EHC Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Area Inclusion Hub Leads in overseeing statutory EHC needs assessments and managing the Annual Review processes
- Providing high-level quality assurance of EHCPs to ensure they are clear, compliant, and outcome-focused
- Managing a complex caseload, ensuring all statutory timelines, including the 20-week process, are met
- Coordinating multi-agency input from education, health, and social care professionals
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with families, schools, and stakeholders
- Contributing to service development, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives
