Candidate Responsibilities for the Senior Practitioner EDT Team Job

As a Senior Practitioner EDT Team Walsall, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting urgent assessments and safeguarding interventions
• Providing expert guidance to junior staff and team members
• Managing complex cases requiring immediate attention
• Ensuring compliance with all statutory and organisational requirements
• Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to safeguard vulnerable adults and children
• Documenting case progress accurately and maintaining detailed records
• Supporting the planning and delivery of intervention strategies
• Contributing to team meetings and case reviews to ensure effective service delivery

Ideal Candidate for the Senior Practitioner EDT Team Walsall Role

• Proven experience as a Social Worker (Social Worker required)
• Strong assessment and safeguarding skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage complex cases
• Excellent communication and team-working abilities
• Relevant qualifications and HCPC registration

Contract Details

• Employment Type: Contract
• Duration: Initially 3 months
• Location: Walsall
• Rate: £32.67 umbrella per hour (£25.67 PAYE exclusive of holiday pay)
