We’re currently recruiting for Senior Residential Support Workers across Stockport, Middleton, and Oldham – with 3 brand-new services opening!

If you’re an experienced support worker ready to step up (or already operating at senior level), this is a brilliant opportunity to join growing services right at the start.

? Role Details:

• Position: Senior Residential Support Worker
• Locations: Stockport, Middleton & Oldham
• Shift Pattern: 2 on, 4 off
• Pay: £14.50 per hour
• Sleep Rate: £50 per sleep-in

? Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People (or equivalent)
• Experience working within children’s residential settings
• Confident supporting young people with complex needs
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and leadership qualities
