- Position: Senior Residential Support Worker
- Locations: Stockport, Middleton & Oldham
- Shift Pattern: 2 on, 4 off
- Pay: £14.50 per hour
- Sleep Rate: £50 per sleep-in
- NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People (or equivalent)
- Experience working within children’s residential settings
- Confident supporting young people with complex needs
- Strong safeguarding knowledge and leadership qualities
- Be part of newly established homes – shape the culture from day one
- Clear progression opportunities as services grow
