As a Senior Social Worker (Bcft Dfe), you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding social work services to children and families in Bradford. Candidate Responsibilities:

• Act as a lead professional, coordinating multi-agency working to safeguard children
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based practice in line with legislative requirements and organisational policies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and reports
• Participate in team meetings and supervision sessions
• Support and mentor junior staff and students where appropriate
• Uphold professionalism and adhere to safeguarding standards at all times
