Candidate Responsibilities of the Service Charge and Rent Officer
As our ideal candidate for the Service Charge and Rent Officer position, your responsibilities will include:
- Administering service charge billing, calculations, and reconciliations accurately and timely
- Supporting rent setting procedures and applying charges appropriately
- Managing relationships with managing agents, scrutinising costs to ensure value for money
