  • Monday to Friday
  • 07:00 – 15:30
  • 1-hour lunch break
• Pay Rate: £13.80 per hour PAYE inc Holiday | £17.86 per hour LTD Umbrella
• Start Date: ASAP

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Site Supervisor on behalf of a valued client based in Nottingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with facilities, maintenance, or site supervision experience looking for a temporary role within an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations
• Ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance standards
• Conducting routine compliance testing and checks
• Carrying out general maintenance duties across the site
• Supervising contractors and monitoring quality of work
• Ensuring contractors adhere to schedules and site procedures
• Acting as the main point of contact on site
• Maintaining site standards and resolving issues promptly

Requirements

• Previous site supervision, caretaking, or facilities experience preferred
• Good understanding of health and safety and compliance procedures
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage site priorities effectively
• Reliable and proactive approach to work
• Enhanced DBS check required
