We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our client on a short-term 2-week contract. This role is ideal for a Social Worker looking for immediate availability and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful outcomes. You’ll work as part of a supportive team and make a real difference for individuals and families.

Candidate Responsibilities

As a Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and using evidence-based practice to identify needs
• Developing support plans and coordinating next steps with relevant stakeholders
• Managing casework in line with professional standards and safeguarding requirements
• Writing clear, timely reports and maintaining accurate records
• Participating in team meetings, supervision, and service reviews
• Supporting service users with referrals, signposting, and resource access
