As a Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in assessing clients' needs, developing intervention plans, and providing ongoing support. 

Candidate Responsibilities: Social Worker

• Conduct thorough client assessments to determine social needs and risks
• Develop tailored support plans and interventions
• Liaise with external agencies, families, and stakeholders to coordinate support services
• Maintain accurate documentation and case records in compliance with organisational policies
• Provide empathetic advice and emotional support to service users
• Work proactively within deadlines to ensure timely case management

Candidate Requirements: Social Worker

• Proven experience as a Social Worker
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and confidentiality protocols
• Valid professional registration and relevant qualifications
• Availability to start immediately

• Employment Type: Contract
• Duration: Initially 3 months
• Pay Rate:
  PAYE: £23.64 per hour
  Limited/Umbrella: £32.53 per hour
