This position is initially paid on a temporary basis for 3 months, with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Care Act assessments and reviews
- Manage Mental Capacity Act (MCA) cases to ensure best practice
- Handle safeguarding cases to protect vulnerable adults
- Work independently while collaborating closely with community teams
- Hold your own caseload, ensuring timely and effective interventions
- Document all case activities accurately and maintain confidentiality
- Experience working with adults, particularly older persons and those with physical disabilities
- Knowledge of Care Act 2014, MCA, and safeguarding procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid social work qualification and registration (e.g., BASW or HCPC registration)
- pay rate £43.38 LTD inclusive of holiday pay or £34 PAYE exclusive of holiday pay
- Initial 3-month contract with potential extensions
